California Title 24 Compliant
Steel Doors & Windows

Energy efficiency is a priority. In an effort to improve sustainability and energy efficiency, California implemented the Title 24 Building Energy Efficiency Standards that sets metrics for the energy efficiency for an entire home or building.

MIW's residential and commercial doors/windows have thermally broken profiles that introduce an innovative high-density polyurethane isolator as a thermal barrier which significantly lowers the U-Factor and Solar Heat Gain Coefficient (SHGC). This excellent energy efficiency comes with narrower sightlines and greater strength than aluminum window and door systems.
