Our Mission is to collaboratively support architects, builders, designers and homeowners by designing and manufacturing world-class Steel Doors & Windows for residences and commercial properties and communities throughout Santa Barbara such as Montecito, Hope Ranch, Carpinteria, Los Olivos, and San Ynez.

MIW's residential and commercial doors/windows have thermally broken profiles that introduce an innovative high-density polyurethane isolator as a thermal barrier which significantly lowers the U-Factor and Solar Heat Gain Coefficient (SHGC). This excellent energy efficiency comes with narrower sight lines and greater strength than aluminum. We are Title 24 Compliant and NFRC Certified.
